Spare Parts, Peripherals, and Components
PT. Mitra Computa Asia offers a one-year standard hardware warranty on all new, unused, used, and refurbished spare parts, peripherals, and components sold, commencing on the Delivery Note date or the date of receipt by the customer, whichever comes first. This warranty ensures peace of mind and reliable support to our customers throughout the specified period.
- The warranty provided by PT. Mitra Computa Asia does not include software related to refurbished hardware. For support regarding software, customers are advised to contact the hardware manufacturer directly.
- Customers have the option to upgrade their standard one-year warranty for a period of up to five years. However, it should be noted that customers are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning items for RMA and Warranty Claims.
- The warranty that is provided by PT. Mitra Computa Asia does not cover faults caused by improper handling or accidents such as fire, water damage, natural disasters, voltage spikes caused by lightning, or intentional damage.
- PT. Mitra Computa Asia retains the right to examine goods before approving RMA claims and warranties to verify adherence to the relevant warranty conditions. Please note that products ordered on a bespoke basis are non-returnable, as their design or configuration is tailored to the customer's specifications, rendering them unsuitable for resale to other customers.
